A internal power or coordination said to be built through Chinese Wu Shu (martial arts). Proponents say that it has nothing to do with brute force. Chinese "soft style" martial artists claim that over time, the power of muscles decreases but Nei Jin increases if it is cultivated assiduously.
It is a special feature of Chinese Wu Shu, alleged to be rarely found in other martial arts.
In general, the way to build Nei Jin can be either internal way (Qi Gong) or external way.
