Nishimura Hiroyuki (西村 博之; born 1976) is an administrator of 2ch, the largest and most influential BBS in Japan. He is known for his handle-name, ひろゆき (Hiroyuki).
He was born in Tokyo and founded a company Tokyo access in 1998 when he was in Chuo University. In May 1999, he opened 2ch. In June 2001, he founded Irregulars and Partners, Inc.
