Noel Lynch is a Green Party politican and a member of the London Assembly. He took up his seat on 2 May 2003, replacing Victor Anderson who resigned.
He grew up in County Limerick, Ireland and moved to London in 1986. He is active is community politics in Finchley and before becoming a member of the London Assembly worked for the No-Euro campaign.
He is the owner of the London Green News newspaper.
