The Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs), or OHIM is the trade mark and industrial designs registry for the European Union.
It admisters the Community Trade Mark, Community Design Right and is generally involved in any intellectual property matters dealt with by the EU.
It is based in Alicante, Spain.
