Phalloplasty refers to artificial modification of the Penis by surgery or other means, often for cosmetic purposes.
It is often used to refer to penis enlargement.
Metoidioplasty is a variant of phalloplasty for transsexual men. During this procedure the clitoris is released from its "hood" and may appear as a penis, as claimed by surgeons who perform this technique.
