Picos de Europa is a range of mountains on the northern coast of Spain. Scenic parts of it are protected as a National Park in Cantabria, Asturias León provinces of Spain. According to the locals, Picos de Europa has the highest elevation ( paved roads?) in Europe, replete with treacherous driving but with many views.
