The Portland Institute for Contemporary Art (PICA) (Portland, Oregon) was formed in 1996 by Kristy Edmunds, formerly the Director of the Portland Art Museum's Art on the Edge program.

PICA specializes in cutting-edge performance and visual arts programming.
