Reintroduction is a process to realease animals into the wild, mostly of a species, which is endangered or extinct in the wild. Since the last one or two decades it was found out that many mammals and birds need to learn a lot before being able to survive in the wild. Therefore reintroduction programmes have to be planned carefully.
