Robert Duncan McNeill (b. November 9, 1964) is an American actor, movie director, and producer.
Robert Duncan McNeill was born in Raleigh, North Carolina. He studied at The Juilliard School in New York City. He is best known for his role in Star Trek: Voyager, where he played Lieutenant Tom Paris and also debuted as a director.
He also has appeared in numerous TV series, including All My Children, Homefront, L.A. Law, and Murder, She Wrote.
Robert Duncan McNeill is married and has a daughter and two sons.
