Roti

Roti is a round flat bread made of flour, it is a staple food in South Asia. Unlike it's counterpart naan, rotis are completely flat, and not made of yeast. Like naans, rotis are used to scoop up other foods. Roti is also an important food in many West Indian countries, although the rotis from these nations tends to differ from South Indian roti.
