Roy Koopa is a fictional character in The Mario Universe. He appears as the Third Oldest of King Bowser's children. He first appeared in Super Mario Bros 3 as the boss of World 5. He also appeared in Super Mario World, Mario is Missing, and Yoshi's Safari. In the cartoon series he was named Bully.
