The Royal New Zealand Returned Services' Association (Inc), often referred to as the RSA or the RNZRSA, is a voluntary ex-service organisation, dedicated to the welfare of veterans. In addition to welfare services, the RSA participates in community projects; the 'local RSA' is often a well-known meeting place or restaurant in a locality.

Specifically a 'non-sectarian and non-party political' group, RSA membership is open to ex-service personnel, serving or retired members of the armed forces, sworn police officers that are New Zealand or Commonwealth citizens or permanent residents. Associate membership is available to citizens and permanent residents without military nor police connections.

In Australia, the equivalent organisation is the Returned & Services League of Australia.
