Saint Blaise

Saint Blaise was a physician and Bishop of Sebaste, Armenia. He was martyred by beheading in 316. As a saint, Blaise is the patron of (i) persons with illnesses of the throat (ii) persons working in the wool trade and (iii) the city of Dubrovnik.
