Santa Susana Mountains
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

The Santa Susana Mountains are range of mountains in southern California, north of the city of Los Angeles, in the United States. The range separates the San Fernando Valley on its south from the Santa Clara River to the north.

The range is roughly east-west, running west from the San Gabriel Mountains, from which they are separated by Newhall Pass.

The Santa Susana State Historic Park is located in the mountains where they meet the Simi Hills.

The range is within the acquisition area for the Santa Monica Mountains Conservatory.
