Sharif University of Technology is one of the most prominent technical, engineering and scientific universities of Iran that attracts the best and most outstanding talents in these fields annually, to the extent that more than 65% of 200 top rank participants in trans-country university entrance exams for bachelor's degree are admitted to this University. Moreover, the University holds the highest rank among the universities of the country in respect of admission percentage as master's level in technical, scientific and engineering fields.
The University's past performance record is indicative of its high level of educational and research potentialities. Graduates from this university have been involved in different economic sectors of the country in technical, scientific and even in management and policy making levels or are continuing their studies at prominent universities abroad.
