Shawarma, alternatively spelt shoarma is a fine ribbons of spicy lamb meat dish from the Middle East. It is accompanied with pita bread and a plate of fries if so desired, inseparable from garlic mayonaise sauce, tomato onion sauce, and chili sauce.
