Skamania County is a
county located in the
State of
Washington. As of
2000, the population is 9,872. The county seat is at
Stevenson.
Geography
\nAccording to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 4,361
km² (1,684
mi²). 4,290 km² (1,656 mi²) of it is land and 71 km² (27 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.63% water.
