Sultan Hashim Ahmed al Jabburi Tai was the former Defence Minister of Iraq under Saddam Husseins rule.
He was number 27 on the United States' most wanted former Iraqi officials. On September 19, 2003 he gave himself up in Mosul and was then greanted immunity from prosecution.
