Summoning is an Austrian Black Metal Band. Their style has been described as Tolkien Metal - not without reason, for all lyrics on every album they have published yet deals with the mythological world of J. R. R. Tolkien. They are often classtified as Gothic Metal band because of their vast usage in classic and medieval elements.
