A hybrid of swimming, gymnastics, and ballet, synchronized swimming involves competitors (either individually or in teams) performing aesthetically pleasing and difficult movements while in water.

Synchronized swimming is a Olympic sport, which possess all of the qualities of gymnastics and ice dance, plus the added bonus of attractive girls in an extremely difficult and challenging medium.

Competitors reply by pointing to the strength, flexibility, and endurance required to perform difficult routines.
