Taylor Caldwell

Janet Miriam Holland Taylor Caldwell (September 7, 1900 - August 30, 1985) was a prolific and best-selling American author.

• Dear and Glorious Physician - life of Luke the Evangelist
• Great Lion of God - life of Paul of Tarsus
• I, Judas - life of Judas Iscariot
• Romance of Atlantis
• Captains and the Kings
• Testimony of Two Men

It's said that she wrote Romance of Atlantis when she was twelve (please verify; a review on Amazon says thirteen). After she became an established author, the story was published, with co-writing credits to "Jess Stearn".
