Teodoro Picado Michalski (born 10 January 1900) was the President of Costa Rica from 1944 to 1948.
He was deposed by the armed uprising led by José Figueres Ferrer in the aftermath of the disputed election for his successor. He fled to Nicaragua, where he lived in exile until his death on 1 June 1960.
