Theo-Ben Gurirab

Theo-Ben Gurirab is the second Prime Minister of Namibia, and has been since August 27, 2002. Previously he had been Foreign Minister, from independence in 1990. He is considered a founding father of Namibia, and was in a leadership position in the South West Africa People's Organisation, now the governing party.
