Time Warp is a dance featured in the cult film Rocky Horror Picture Show, performed during the chorus of the song of the same name. Participation in the Time Warp dance is one of the major audience-participation activities during screenings of the film.
The basic dance step are (as described in the film): a jump to the left, followed by a step to the right. Then you place your hands on your hips, and pull your knees together (feet still apart) and make three pelvic thrusts forward. Then you turn around completely, and repeat with the next chorus.
