Todor Zhivkov

Todor Zhivkov (September 7 1911 - August 5 1998) was the premier of Bulgaria from the 1960s until the overthrow of the communist party in that country in 1989. He followed a strict Stalinist line.

Todor Zhivkov's regime fell on November 10, 1989.
