Tokyo Institute of Technology

Tokyo Institute of Technology, often called Tokyo Tech for short, is the largest institution of higher learning in Japan dedicatd to science and technology.

It was founded in 1881 in Tokyo as the Tokyo Vocational School. It 1929, it was elevated to the the status of university.
