US 425 is an north-south United States highway. Its route number is a "violation" of the usual AASHTO numbering scheme, as it comes nowhere near its implied "parent", US 25.

As of 2004, the highway's northern terminus is in Pine Bluff, Arkansas at an intersection with US 65. Its southern terminus is in Bastrop, Louisiana at an intersection with US 165.
