Delegates of the District of Columbia to the United States Congress
Note that due to the perception that full representation for the district housing the federal government would put too much power in the hands of a few people, DC Representatives are not allowed to vote. Instead they serve as Shadow Representatives who lobby Congress in the interests of the region.
