Veszprém is the capital city of county Veszprém, Hungary. The town of Queens. It lies on the both side of the Brook Séd. The resident population (about 64,000) believes that the city was founded on seven hills, like Rome. The seven hills are as follows: Várhegy (Castle Hill), Benedek-hegy (St Benedict Hill), Jeruzsálem-hegy (Jerusalem Hill), Temetőhegy (Cemetery Hill), Gulyadomb (Herd Hill), Kálvária-domb (Calvary Hill), Cserhát.
The distance to Budapest is approx. 110 km (over the speedway M7 and the road 8).
