Wendy O'Koopa is a fictional character from The Mario Universe. She is the Fourth Youngest of King Bowser's children and the only girl in the family. She first appeared in Super Mario Bros 3 as the boss of World 3. She also appeared in Super Mario World, Mario is Missing, and Yoshi's Safari. In the cartoons she was named Kootie Pie.
