WHYY is a PBS affiliate on television channel 12, and operates a National Public Radio station on the frequency 89.1 FM, and serves the Delaware Valley area, which is the metro area of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Offices are located in Philadelphia and Wilmington, Delaware. WHYY also operates TV64 in Seaford, Delaware, which transmits the programs shown on WHYY to southern Delaware.
WHYY also provides one national program to national public radio, called Fresh Air with Terry Gross.
