William Rowley (~1585 - ~1642) was an English Jacobean dramatist, best known for works written in collaboration with more successful writers.

Virtually nothing is known of Rowley's life, except that he was an actor with the Queen's Men and subsequently the King's Men at the Globe Theatre.
