Y (pronounced like the letter E) is a commune Frenchwoman of the département of Somme, arrondissement of Picardy (postal code: 80190). It is the commune bearing the shortest name of France and one of the shortest in the World.
This village counts nearly one hundred inhabitants called Ypsiloniennes (feminine) and Ypsiloniens (masculine) (Upsilonian?).
